Vendor Software The client, one of the UK’s largest banks, had a global greenfield Murex© rollout with extremely aggressive timescales.
In order for the project to succeed, the client needed to minimise impact on downstream systems. They required a fast and effective way to load test trades and send the output to a myriad of downstream users.
The client did not have capacity or budget to employ large numbers of resources to input test trades.

Commodities Programme The client, one of the world’s largest banks, decided to begin trading commodities globally, a market they had not been active in prior to the initiation of this programme.
A leading vendor software package for commodities was selected however the internal team had limited hands on knowledge of how to configure and run the application.
The timescales of each phase were tight with an initial front office implementation followed closely but the support functions.
