Paul is an experienced Implementation and Test Manager with over 20 years of experience and ten years of experience in the Investment Banking industry. Within this period Paul has successfully implemented a number of trading and trading related systems for the following asset classes: Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities, Credit Derivatives, FX, Fixed Income and Equities.

Paul has strong experience of both packaged and bespoke solutions. Packaged solutions include Murex, Reuters Electronic Trading (RET) and Caplin.

Paul is a Chartered Engineer, a Chartered IT Professional and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Science and Manufacture.

Christopher Burke
Partner

Christopher Burke is an extremely successful and hardworking Programme Manager. He has worked for 20 years in the Financial Services industry and spent 12 years within investment banking. During his career he successfully initiated, staffed and implemented major global projects for leading investment banks approaching 100 resources. He has strong understanding of the business and IT, and across asset classes.

Christopher has expert knowledge of the leading Financial Market vendor software packages but is equally at home with bespoke software developments.

Christopher is an MBA, a qualified accountant, and is Prince 2 Qualified.

Bernard Oosterhuis
Test Manager

Bernard is an experienced QA and Test Manager with over 15 years of experience in the Telecoms, Professional Services and Investment Banking industry. Bernard has successfully managed QA for a wide range of systems including CRM implementations and Global Risk Management systems. 

Within QA Bernard has focused on several specific QA aspects. For testing this focus has been on improving test effectiveness and on extending the scope of testing through risk and impact analysis. For specifications the focus has been on applying inspection principles and standards, as well as on including qualitative aspects in specifications. With respect to project planning and delivery the focus is on delivering early feedback through testing by identifying testable iterations.

Elle is an experienced business development and client relations manager with over 8 years of experience across industries including PR and financial services. Elle has successfully managed and run companies and has extensive experience in leading teams and growing businesses.

Throughout her career Elle has been responsible for all aspects of project management, client servicing, business development and financial controls. Elle is a hardworking, delivery focused individual who strives relentlessly to ensure client expectations are achieved.
