Overview of Initial Assignment

Brickendon Consulting have existing projects with a number of banks and have been engaged to provide teams of Business Analysts to deliver Risk Change.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for change requirements life cycle
• Requirements gathering
• Liaise with Quants, Risk Managers, Risk Analytics, Front Office business and technology
• Identify & specify changes needed for system implementation
• Define requirements and creating features and functions for the development team to work on.
• Support the overall change process
• Data Analysis and Modelling for various system source and risk systems.

Skills & Requirements

• Relevant working experience in either Risk Management or quantitative projects
• Previous experience liaising with all relevant stakeholders: model owners, business, IT, senior
management and regulators.
• Functional knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk including attributes, parameters and data points.
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of Risk metrics
• Project Implementation experience working with development teams
• Experience working in agile environments – Jira & Confluence experience desired
• Familiarity with CVA beneficial
• Open personality and effective communication skills, ability and flexibility to work in an
international team
• Ability to write clear and understandable documents
• Excellent data analysis skills: good SQL and advanced Excel skills
• Python skills beneficial but not mandatory
