Brickendon has strengthened its senior management team with the promotion of Amanda Bunney to marketing director and Cagri Onur to executive director.
Amanda joined Brickendon in February 2017 and has worked tirelessly to boost awareness of the Brickendon brand. She has developed and implemented a broad marketing strategy, including transforming the firm’s thought leadership, launching a new website, managing events and growing the number and quality of PR campaigns. Amanda’s role is now developing further to include the promotion of new products from Brickendon Digital.
Her promotion strengthens the female representation of Brickendon’s senior management team in line with the firm’s equality strategy.
“It’s great to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where you have the autonomy to try new things,” said Amanda. “I am proud to have contributed to the brand’s development and to be recognised for my part in the progress we have made.

Onur joined Brickendon in 2016 and now heads up the firm’s digital practice. His day-to-day performance delivering complex programmes for clients is excellent and he has been influential in winning new business. He has played an important part in developing new solutions, and in particular contributing to the debate around Brexit concerns for businesses.
“When I joined Brickendon in 2016, I was prepared for a very dynamic and fast-paced work environment,” said Onur.
“However, I had no idea that I would have the chance to work with such an amazing group of people who constantly feed a culture of creativity, collaboration and disruptive innovation in the workplace.
“Today, while stepping into a new phase in this fantastic journey with my promotion to ED, I look forward to greater responsibility and further opportunities to make an even bigger impact on our clients’ lives.”
Brickendon, which operates globally, including in the UK, the US and Poland, is currently experiencing significant growth thanks to its innovative and tailored solutions which are proving highly popular at a time when the financial services sector is shrinking.
